- How an you increase the effectiveness of your B2B sales approach and how to use a structured framework to support you?
Each topic will start with selected best practices and real-life-experience and open discussions. You will be working on your own B2B sales model and tactics and receive hands-on feedback from participants and the trainer. You will develop your own sales approach based on a structured framework.
In addition to this workshop there will be a recap session, where we will allow for discussion and open questions
